The Bump told me this morning that we only have 24 more days to go! Yikes!!
Darren and I are trying to wrap up the final preparations so we can welcome our little boy very soon. We have each been "nesting" in our own way... Darren likes to clean and fix things and I like to organize and prepare, so between the two of us, we have all our bases covered! I never realized how much needed to be done to prepare for a baby...clothes are washed, gear is assembled, the nursery is ready to go (pictures to come!), all our classes are complete... I'm worn out, and he's not even here yet!!
With this being said, we also know that we only have a few more weeks of total freedom to do whatever we want, when we want to do it, so we have been trying to live it up!

An evening at the Pops with Molly and Marshall
Also, date night at The Palm for Restaurant week, Michael Buble concert, movie night to see Eclipse, listening to live music at the Promenade, lazy weekend days on the boat at Lake Norman, and many evenings at the neighborhood pool trying to relieve the swollen ankles!
We are looking forward to our friends wine tasting party this weekend!
3 more weekends (give or take a little) to go!
